Forum Medical Clinic is a brand new state-of-the art internal medicine facility, centrally located in Sterling Heights, Michigan near shopping and entertainment. Our compassionate, board-certified doctors and internal medicine specialists are dedicated to treating minor illnesses and urgent needs, as well as conducting physicals, providing immunizations and flu shots, and managing chronic medical conditions. Our onsite diagnostic facility is fully-equipped for digital X-rays, EKG, bone density scanning, breathing tests (PFT), ultrasound, urinalysis, blood tests, nerve conduction studies (EMG), and minor skin surgery. We are here when you need us. We are open 5 days a week and walk-ins are welcome.
