Onsite Diagnostics
Forum Medical Clinic is fully-equipped with onsite state-of-the-art diagnostic technology, such as digital X-rays, EKG, pulmonary function testing (PFT), ultrasound, nerve conduction studies, and bone density scanning. We have a lab for blood tests and urinalysis. We have a doctor present during all business hours to interpret results for everything from sick visits and physicals to acute care needs. All X-rays and ultrasounds are also read by a board-certified radiologist. - Digital X-ray
Our onsite state-of-the-art digital X-rays are viewed immediately by your physician and a board-certified radiologist. The advanced technology allows for images to be enhanced and stored in a computer.
- EKG
Electrocardiogram (EKG or ECG) testing assesses the electrical signals in the heart and provides information about the heart’s structure and heartbeat.
- Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT)
Pulmonary function tests (PFT) assist the physician in evaluating lung or breathing problems.
- Labs
Blood draws and urinalysis are performed in our office to help identify and monitor a variety of health conditions.
- Bone Density
We offer onsite bone density testing for the screening, diagnosis, and management of osteoporosis.
- Ultrasound
Ultrasound provides an image of organs and structures within the body. Board-certified radiologists and cardiologists interpret all ultrasounds.
- Nerve Conduction Testing (EMG)
Nerve conduction testing (electromyography or EMG) is used to assist in diagnosing nerve and pain problems.
- Biopsy and Minor Surgery
Our family medicine doctors can perform minor surgery and biopsy of moles and skin tags onsite.
