Nicolas Marsheh, MD, PC
Board Certified Internal Medicine
Nicolas Marsheh, MD is a board-certified internal medicine physician. Dr. Marsheh attended medical school at the University of Damascus in Syria. He completed internships at the University of Damascus Hospital and New Medical Center Hospital in Damascus. He performed his externship, first-year residency, and residency in internal medicine at Providence Hospital. Dr. Marsheh is a member of the American College of Physicians.
Sami Asmar, MD
Board Certified Internal Medicine
Dr. Asmar graduated from Damascus University Medical School in Damascus, Syria in 1992 and completed his residency at Michigan State University in 1997. After his residency, he worked as a hospitalist at McLaren Regional Medical Center in Flint, Michigan, where he became established in the local medical community. In 2002, he established his private practice in Flint.
From 1995-2005, Dr. Asmar was the medical director of hospice at the McLaren Health Corporation and Lapeer Regional Center. He currently serves as the medical director of hospice at McLaren Visiting Nurse and Hospice, and he is also the chief of internal medicine at McLaren Regional Medical Center. As a clinical assistant professor in the department of medicine at Michigan State University, he aids in the teaching of medical students.
Dr. Asmar’s expertise in internal medicine and palliative medicine make him a wonderful addition to our growing practice.
Crystal Rieck, MSN, RN
Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner
Crystal Rieck is a certified adult nurse practitioner specializing in internal medicine. Crystal attended Wayne State University, where she obtained a bachelor of science in nursing. She later attended Oakland University to obtain her master of science in nursing. Crystal has been working as a nurse practitioner in the field of internal medicine as well as geriatrics since 2010. She joined Forum Medical Clinic in March 2011.
Jenna Hope, BSHA
Practice Administrator
Jenna Hope is the practice administrator at Forum Medical Clinic. Jenna ensures patient satisfaction through superior customer service and optimal patient care. She oversees all administrative, human resource, and accounting responsibilities for the office.
Jenna earned her bachelor's degree in health service administration from Baker College. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
