The friendly professional staff at Forum Medical Clinic looks forward to your visit. Each of our internal medicine doctors has schedules tailored for your convenience.

We see patients Monday through Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.. We also offer appointments one Saturday each month from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.. Our appointment scheduler will respond to your request within 48 hours.

Please do not use this form if you have an urgent medical problem or you need to re-schedule an existing appointment. Instead, please contact our office at (586) 580-0280.

Be sure to bring any diagnostic films or other test results that may have been ordered or performed by another physician.
